Follow these steps to get your refund
Contact your seller
If an item hasn’t arrived, isn’t as described or is in poor condition you can reach out to your seller within 14 days of the actual delivery date or the estimated delivery date if the item hasn’t arrived to arrange a refund or replacement.
Not Resolved? Let us know
If you have talked to your seller and don’t get a response or can’t come to an agreement within three business days, contact us. We will then get your money back to you as fast as possible.
We are on your side
For you to be protected by our refund policy certain payment methods must be used and all eligibility requirements must be met.
Certain transactions and categories such as seeds, composts and manures, lawn care or vouchers are not covered unless said items aren’t delivered. Suppliers of these items may have their own guarantees.
